Autumn Equinox

Mabon is a celebration of the autumn equinox, meaning it is a midpoint between the summer and winter solstice. This balance between the bright days of summer and the dark days of winter makes up a large part of rituals and celebrations: recognizing that both light and dark are needed in order to complete the cycle of the year. 
 
Every part of these decadent bars is hand-crafted to celebrate the autumn equinox. To begin, we do a full-water replacement, half with freshly juiced Organic Carrots and locally harvested Organic Apples, symboling the abundance and prosperity of the season. Freshly roasted and pureed Organic Pumpkin is added to oils of Pure Olive, Organic Coconut, Organic Caster, and Sustainably Sourced Palm. This luxurious blend is then divided into parts, one receiving Organic Turmeric, helping us stay warm and grounded, and the other part receiving Organic Cinnamon, representing strength, prosperity, love, and healing. 
 
These bars are scented with our wildly popular Pumpkin Sandalwood phthalate-free fragrance oil and topped with our own mix of Organic Dried Apple, and home-grown Organic Dried Sage, representing wisdom, cleansing negative energy, and improving mental ability, home-grown Organic Calendula, associated with warmth, prosperity, and protection, Organic Sunflower Seeds, symbolizing joy, abundance, and the energy of the sun, and Organic Golden Flax, associated with healing and protection. These bars are mica-free.
